Do you have experience with holding a staff position (online or in real life)?: yes. i have moderated several discord several as well as online forums, minecraft servers, and twitch streams.

How long have you been playing Pokémon/Pixelmon?: since crystal/ruby saphire us release

Do you play Pokémon/Pixelmon competitively?: not currently, though i did attend vgc events during gen 4 through gen 6, online battles under same ruleset for gen 7/8. took a break to focus on college during gen 9, though preparing to return for vgc events in gen 10.

How long can you play per day or week?: 2/3 days a week on adverage, for a couple hours that day

Why should we pick you?: I bring years of competitive experience, and personally love helping others realize the fun there is in competitive pokemon. My experience is in double battles mostly, so running a gym in that format would not only spice the challenge up, it would allow the challengers to approach my gym with a new and fresh set of eyes. and hopefully encourage them to try a new strategy or a new pokemon they wouldn't have previously before.

We have decided to DENY your application for the position of the Ermos Gym Leader, as we feel you need to improve your competitive knowledge.

Things such as your general movesets, Azumarill and Mawile ability choices as well as having a Sand Setter without a consistent Sand Abuser on the team makes it so it's not very worthwhile to use Hippodown over something else.
