OU (OverUsed) is Hallowed Fantasy's largely usage-based tier. With the exception of Pixelmon confined to the Uber tier, every Pixelmon can be used in OU, including Pokémon from UU, RU, and NU.

Hallowed Fantasy-Wide Rules and Clauses
Baton Pass Clause - Baton Pass Clause: Players cannot have more than one Pokémon with the move Baton Pass. Furthermore, a Pokémon cannot have Baton Pass while also having a move or ability that boosts Speed and a move or ability that boosts another stat.
Shadow Tag Clause - A team cannot have a Pokemon with the ability Shadow Tag.
Players cannot use the following items:
